Custom Metal Forging Services

Custom Metal Forging Services

At GPi Metal Products, we provide precision metal forgings that meet the requirements of the most demanding industrial applications. We emphasize design-for-manufacturability to provide value and quality to your finished product. Experienced in a wide variety of forging methodologies, we are capable of forging components from virtually any forgeable metal including all types of steel, aluminum, bronze, nickel, titanium, corrosion resistant, and high temperature alloys. We can supply closed die forgings weighing from 0.5 to 500 lbs., while our open die forgings can range in size up to 10,000 lbs. to meet the large part requirements of the mining, drilling, and off-road construction equipment industries.

Our forged products are reliable, durable, and strong enough to tolerate the most demanding applications. Forgings may be produced to within near net shape tolerances, or forged and rough machined to consistent dimensions thus reducing finish machining times downstream. We offer secondary services as required, including heat treating, machining, surface treatments and materials joining. Quality is assured through pre-production planning, non-destructive and destructive testing, metallurgical and first article approval process.

Committed to providing you with precision manufactured parts at a very reasonable cost, we may utilize carefully selected off-shore manufacturers to make your product more competitive in the marketplace.

We guarantee that all parts meet U.S. metallurgical standards and adhere to all relevant industry specifications. Our extensive capabilities are outlined below. Please contact GPI Metal Products today to learn how we can provide and economical solution for your next project. Request Quote
